Many Clubs have sister Clubs around the world. We have a sister Club in Germany in a town called lehrte. Situated near Hannover it favours rich countryside and small industries.
Each year we meet for an extended weekend, alternating between the Clubs. One year we host Lehrte and some members of their Club come to stay with our members and the following year we go to stay with them. We have a programme of events to take them to as the time is very limited but over a very short period of time we have developed life long friendships with the members of the Rotary Club of Lehrte.
