Annual Fishing Competition for Local Scouts. Initiated by our Past President Walter Hendry we have the Local Scout Troops get teams to compete getting prizes for the Biggest fish and one for Largest haul. There are Fishing Rods for the winning Scouts Troop also Trophies and Certificates. A great day out and with the help of the Environment Agency.

Claude Osborn Award

In honour of a Past President of the Club, Dr Claude Osborn. We present a Shield, a Certificate and £300 to the top Midwife student of the year at Thames Valley University. This years worthy winner is Sharon Rowe

Each Year we scour the local area to find people that provide of their time and efforts to help the local community in some way. These people make a difference to so many lives both young and Old

Sean Ryan Vocational Award Winner

Sean Ryan of Greenford, a training officer for Camden Council who spends every Saturday and Sunday morning coaching and managing a boys' football team called Greenford Celtic.

Hazel Sibley Vocational Award Winner

Hazel has been running a group for Perivale senior citizens every Thursday for the last ten years at the Perivale Community Centre. She enjoys helping those who are lonely by helping them make friends and organizing day trips in a coach or to the seaside.

Fred Isley Vocational Award Winner

Fred Ilsley, of Greenford, was introduced by Norman Pierce as a person who had done so much work for the benefit of Greenford British Legion over many of his 79 years.
